It’s a really simple skin with no body textures and because of that, it does work with males, but I prefer it for females because it flattens out the face quite a bit. Went a little overboard in photoshop, but only with fonts and fun stuff -the actual skin textures are mostly untouched (and completely untouched in the in-game screenshot).
